I stayed at this hotel with a friend, and it was just like the pictures - sleek and modern. However, the room smelled of mold, which was a bit unpleasant. The restaurant and bar are great and very accommodating, making me feel welcome every time I stay. Unfortunately, the customer service was not helpful, and they even tried to charge me for benefits I should have received due to my Diamond status.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were modern and spacious, offering a beautiful view of downtown Dallas from the 6th floor. However, my room wasn't ready upon my arrival at 4 pm, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was warm and accommodating, especially at the hotel bar. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, shopping centers, and the airport, although noise from the closing on the 3rd floor disturbed my sleep. The dining experience was mediocre, with nothing impressive to highlight.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large and thoroughly clean, equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee maker, but they had a mildew smell, and there was no daily cleaning service. The service was nice initially but lacked willingness to address mistakes made by the desk clerk, not fully embracing the customer-first approach. The location was convenient for my planned activities but not within walking distance to restaurants. The dining experience was disappointing overall, although made-to-order items were available. The facilities were alright, with some shortcomings in cleanliness and organization.
